Honestly: the best meal we ever enjoyed.
September the 13th we reserved the 6 course menu with accompanying wines;
It was not just the incredible standard of cuisine, not just the unpretentious interior, not just the ambiance and not just the enthusiasm displayed about the dishes and certainly not the accompanying wines.
It was all of it, the whole package Amazing.
We were on holiday, a three hour drive away and we would come back just to enjoy another meal here.
Please stay as you are, no Michelin stars even though you are worth it!

Totalmente imperdonable ir a hondarribia y no visitar este espectacular lugar. El trato del personal exquisito. La comida servida y explicada por el chef Gorka Irisarri, te lleva a otra dimensión. Y ya probar los platos es lo mas. Voy a prolongar las vacaciones para volver a que me deleiten con sus manjares. Gracias Gorka.

Espectacular el trato recibido. Los platos los trae el propio Gorka Irisarri y los explica deleitándonos con su dulzura y saber. El sabor de esas obras de arte, es inenarrable. Ambiente maravilloso, personal maravilloso, cocina maravillosa… Volveremos.
P.D: hay que probar los postres!!

Una experiencia fantástica platos nuevos que no tenían el año pasado y personalmente opino que es uno de esos restaurantes que no dejan de mejorar y uno no sabe hasta donde llegarán si nunca lo probaron y tienen ocasión no duden ni un momento

Comida espectacular. Atención buenísima y cercana. Nos trajeron tres txakolis a probar porque no sabíamos cual elegir para que escogieramos el que más nos gustaba. Muy bien de precio.
Repetiremos!!!
